Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This dataset contains the polygons that make up the geodatabase </SPAN><SPAN>for Miramar Landuse. The City of Miramar is a linear city 14 miles in length from east to west and 1.5 to 2.5 miles in width, comprising approximately 31 square miles. The boundaries of the City are delineated by Pembroke Road to the north, U.S. 441 to the east, the Broward County line to the south, and they also extend 1/2 mile west of U.S. 27 into Everglades Water Conservation Area 3A. The City’s development pattern has occurred from east to west with approximately one-third of the land area currently developed. The predominate land use is low density residential. Updated on 7/1/2009 related to Ord no. 09-15, on 1/14/2015 related to Ord no.15-07, on 7/10/2019 related to Ord no.19-01 and Ord no.19-18.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
